CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

For many of the projects that Building Rx works on, our scope of services includes full program management inclusive of, but not limited to, entitlement management, budget & schedule development and management, all consultant/contractor selection and contracting, initial scoping and scope management, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, drawing review with focus on constructability and value engineering with associated tracking, invoice and pay application review and processing, regulatory agency communications and coordination, and construction administration inclusive of document control, and working with management for appropriate turnover. 

​We have worked successfully and collaboratively with many regulatory agencies and various utility  districts in coordinating applications, contracts, and resulting designs.

​Some or all of the above scopes of work can be contracted in whole or part based on client and project needs.
