Donna has over 25 years of experience in the building design and construction industry. She has a background doing design and project management as a structural engineer and then transitioned to work as an owner’s representative project manager. Donna has extensive experience working in a collaborative environment with project teams. She has successfully managed entitlements, permitting, design, and construction to remain under budget and on schedule for the projects that she has led. Her experience with hospital and city/county regulatory agencies, attention-to-detail, knowledge, excellent communication skills and team-emphasized management style has led to success for many facility owners. 

Lisa Lazalier, Business Development & Project Coordination  

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Development and Marketing, Project Management, and Non-Profit Leadership. With experience in Air Force Project Management, Lisa successfully led project teams from concept through construction utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principals. Lisa’s diverse experience in other areas includes day to day business operations of an international non-profit corporation, marketing and media management for a nationally recognized architectural firm, and communications efforts for a variety of businesses.
